International Women’s Day at W Toronto

Conceived and led In Full Bloom, an International Women’s Day celebration hosted at W Toronto, uniting live performance, intimate dining, and storytelling. Initiated and secured the partnership with W Toronto, overseeing full project management from concept to execution. Directed event operations, managed budgeting, and coordinated cross-functional teams. In collaboration with EscapeTracks, sourced featured artists Tanerélle and Jordyn Simone. Led creative direction, including logo and visual identity design, and supported interview production by resourcing and managing the creative team.
New Year’s Eve at Ace Hotel

For New Year’s Eve at Ace Hotel Toronto I supported EscapeTracks in producing a night that brought together music, culture, and community in partnership with Patron Tequila. I contributed to the marketing campaign and ticket sales, helping to drive strong attendance and create buzz leading up to the event. On the ground I worked closely with operations to coordinate logistics and ensure a seamless flow for guests and staff. A highlight of the night was managing elements around dvsn’s live performance, where I helped make sure the show ran smoothly and delivered the energy and quality that the audience expected. The role allowed me to bridge strategy and execution, from promotion to live production, and contribute to a memorable cultural moment in the city.
